As a scientist, Janet has over 15 years of experience leading research and developing products. Her current work at Johnson & Johnson focuses on infant and maternal health and wellness globally. Her experience spans across consumer products, health and wellness products and services, digital products, biotechnology, and medical devices. She has worked with large global brands as well as on the creation of new brands. Janet received her B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan. She has been a working mother since the birth of her twins in 2007.

Chief Administrative Officer at Allianz Life - Joined the company in 2008. Became CAO in January 2012 and is a member of the Allianz Life Executive Leadership Group. She is responsible for Operations, IT, Sourcing, Re-engineering, Suitability and is currenly working on Global Infrastructure Projects. Cathy was sr. vp of Operations at Allianz where she improved service levels for fixed annuities, increased customer satisfaction, increased employee engagement scores, reduced cycle times, run rate, and other expenses - and led a major outsourcing initiative. She also serves on the board of Lifeworks, a nonprofit serving people with disabilities and formed a partnership between Lifeworks and Allianz Life. Thanks to her efforts Allianz Life was named Lifeworks Employer of the Year in 2013. Cathy holds a master's degree in business communications from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, and a BA in mass communications from the University of Minnesota. Cathy grew up in Richmond, VA, is married, and has identical twin sons. In her free time she enjoys riding her horse, camping and time at the cabin.

Debbie began her career teaching English Literature at the historic Frederick Douglass High School in Baltimore, Maryland to 11th and 12th graders. She continued her work in other schools both as a teacher and instructional leader and is fortunate to now be in charge of creating and implementing a Masters program for teachers at the Johns Hopkins University.
